Negativity Bias
We have about 60,000 thoughts per day (one per second). About 95% of those thoughts are repeats from the day before and day before that. Moreover, 80% of our thoughts are negative. That means we have around 45,000 negative thoughts per day.
We are conditioned evolutionarily and societally speaking to be negative and to focus on the negative. This book is about recognizing that conditioning and reprogramming it for ourselves so that we are in the driver’s seat of our own minds, thoughts, and actions.
The book is about taking socially negative issues that can affect your life or business and giving them a positive spin.
